AWS GameLift Servers Adds Enhanced DDoS Protection
Amazon GameLift Servers now provides Enhanced DDoS Protection, an automatic layer of defense against common network and transport layer DDoS attacks like UDP reflection and SYN floods. This protection is active by default, requires no configuration, and offers gaming-optimized traffic shaping. It is available at no additional cost for customers using Server SDK 5 in most regions, complementing existing AWS Shield and Player Gateway defenses.
