Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) now offers generally available Confidential Virtual Machines (CVM) for Azure Linux. This enhancement provides strong security and confidentiality, enabling the migration of highly sensitive container workloads to AKS without code refactoring. Users can create new node pools with CVM using supported VM sizes and a specialized Azure Linux 3 image. This feature benefits organizations running critical, confidential applications on containerized platforms.
