Cloud API Registry Deprecates MCP Server Support

Support for managing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tools via the Cloud API Registry API has been shut down. Users needing to manage MCP endpoints for supported services must now enable the API directly. This change affects users previously relying on the API Registry for these specific MCP management tasks.
