Compute Engine C4N machine series now generally available

Google Cloud's network-optimized C4N machine series, powered by 5th gen Intel Xeon processors, is now generally available for Compute Engine and GKE. These instances are designed for demanding network and storage workloads, offering high throughput and packet processing. C4N instances support up to 400 Gbps network bandwidth and 1M IOPS with Hyperdisk Extreme, with options ranging from 2 to 192 vCPUs.
