patch announcement
Release 7.0.1 for the Cortex Framework addresses a build error on Windows when using uv run cortex-build, which previously showed a "Could not auto-import local builder" warning. It also enhances Dataform quota management during deployment via the uv run cortex-deploy script. This patch targets users running Cortex on Windows environments and those deploying Dataform resources.
