GitHub Copilot App Adds OpenTelemetry Support for Enterprise Monitoring
The GitHub Copilot app now allows enterprise administrators to configure OpenTelemetry (OTel) through managed settings. This enables sending agent activity data to compatible monitoring tools for analyzing agent sessions and investigating behavior. Administrators can centralize telemetry settings across teams via the `managed-settings.json` file. Prompt and response content is excluded by default, with an option to review content-capture settings.
