Google Cloud VMware Engine capacity allocations now in preview
Google Cloud VMware Engine has introduced capacity allocations in preview, enabling users to reserve physical nodes globally for their Cloud Billing accounts. These allocations are organized into placement groups, which define specific hardware and locations for reserved capacity, and can be used during private cloud creation or when adding clusters. This feature allows for hybrid private clouds across multiple placement groups.

Preview : Google Cloud VMware Engine capacity allocations are available in preview. A capacity allocation is a global reservation of physical nodes for your Cloud Billing account. Your reserved nodes are organized into placement groups (PGs), which represent the specific physical hardware and location of your reserved capacity.
