Google Distributed Cloud (software only) for VMware versions 1.35.300 and 1.34.700 now available
Google Distributed Cloud (software only) for VMware versions 1.35.300-gke.87 and 1.34.700-gke.93 are now available for download. These releases incorporate updated Kubernetes versions and include critical bug fixes, specifically addressing an issue where user cluster upgrades with Anthos Network Gateway (ANG) enabled could stall or fail. Users should verify third-party storage vendor qualification for these new releases. Full availability via GKE On-Prem API clients (Cloud console, gcloud CLI, Terraform) is expected within 7 to 14 days post-release.

- Google Distributed Cloud (software only) for VMware
The following issues were fixed in 1.34.700-gke.93: Fixed vulnerabilities listed in Vulnerability fixes . Fixed an issue where upgrading a user cluster with Anthos Network Gateway (ANG) enabled to an Advanced Cluster would stall or fail. Previously, the upgrade process attempted to modify immutable spec.selector fields on existing ANG resources. The upgrade operator now preserves existing label selectors during reconciliation so that V1 to V2 cluster migrations complete successfully.
