Managed Service for Apache Airflow Release Updates

Google Cloud's Managed Service for Apache Airflow is rolling out a new release featuring upgraded providers and new Airflow builds for both Gen 3 and Gen 2 environments. This update affects users of the Managed Airflow service, with some changes possibly not yet available in all regions. Additionally, several older Managed Airflow versions and builds have reached their end of support.
