Amazon MWAA adds support for Apache Airflow 2.11.2
Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow (MWAA) now supports Apache Airflow version 2.11.2. This update brings security improvements, bug fixes, and dependency upgrades to the managed Airflow service. Existing and new MWAA environments in all regions can be updated to this version. The release enhances security patching, stability, and logging features.

Amazon MWAA now supports Apache Airflow version 2.11.2, a maintenance release. This version includes security improvements, bug fixes, and dependency upgrades for core Airflow components.
- Improved security and stability in Airflow 2.11.2
The Airflow 2.11.2 release provides security patches and stability improvements for the Airflow webserver and task execution layers. It also addresses task lifecycle management for queued tasks and enhances secrets masking in logs.
- UI and provider updates
This version includes UI corrections in the Task Instances list view and provider package updates for S3 and CloudWatch log delivery. Environments can be created or upgraded through the AWS Management Console.
