AWS Savings Plans Purchase Analyzer Adds Target Coverage Analysis

AWS Billing and Cost Management now includes target coverage analysis in the Savings Plans Purchase Analyzer. This feature allows users to specify a desired percentage of On-Demand spend to be covered by Savings Plans, with the tool recommending purchase amounts based on historical usage.
