Amazon CloudWatch Logs Insights has expanded its query language with 23 new commands and functions for enhanced log analysis. These additions enable more sophisticated parsing, transformation, and conditional processing of log data, addressing common customer needs. The new capabilities, including improved string and IP functions, are now available in all commercial AWS Regions.

    CloudWatch Logs Insights now supports 23 new commands and functions, enhancing log querying, parsing, transformation, and analysis. This includes new hash, string, conditional, conversion, IP, analytics, and parse functions, alongside support for 'limit any N' and up to 10 stats commands.
