GitHub Copilot Business & Enterprise Introduces Default Feature Enablement Policy
GitHub is rolling out a new global default policy for managing Copilot features across Business and Enterprise accounts. This policy allows administrators to set default enablement for current and future generally available features and client capabilities, streamlining access management. Administrators can configure settings like 'Enabled', 'Disabled', or 'Let organizations decide' on the 'AI Controls' page until October 22, when the policy takes effect. Explicitly configured features will retain their settings, while unconfigured ones will adopt the global default.

GitHub Copilot Business and Enterprise introduces a new global default policy to manage access to generally available Copilot features and supported client capabilities.
