VPC Flow Logs Add App Hub Labels

Google Cloud VPC Flow Logs now include application-specific labels for resources registered with App Hub. This enhancement allows for more granular application monitoring and cost allocation within your network infrastructure. The feature is available for App Hub workloads and services.
