Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL now supports post-quantum TLS (PQ-TLS) key exchange, enhancing data-in-transit encryption options. This allows organizations to select cryptographic groups from an RDS for PostgreSQL allow list to meet their evolving security standards. The capability is available for RDS for PostgreSQL versions 18 and higher, configurable via the `ssl_groups` parameter. This feature helps engineers align their PostgreSQL deployments with advanced cryptographic requirements.
