Amazon RDS for SQL Server Developer Edition is now available in 13 additional AWS regions, including Asia Pacific, Canada West, Europe, Israel, and Mexico. This expansion allows developers to build and test applications closer to their users and data, reducing latency. SQL Server Developer Edition is free of license charges for development and testing purposes.
