AWS HealthOmics Now Publishes Real-time Run Metrics to CloudWatch

AWS HealthOmics now integrates with Amazon CloudWatch, publishing 14 new real-time run metrics covering CPU, GPU, memory, storage, and network usage. This enhancement provides healthcare and life sciences customers with deeper visibility into bioinformatics workflow resource utilization. It helps identify bottlenecks, prevent task failures, and enables right-sizing of compute and storage configurations. Metrics are available in multiple AWS regions, emitted using OpenTelemetry for integration with native CloudWatch tools and third-party observability platforms.
