AWS Elemental Inference now generates real-time contextual metadata from live video streams, leveraging AI to provide scene-level intelligence without requiring custom machine learning infrastructure. This new capability allows broadcasters and content platforms to power advanced contextual ad decisioning, enrich media assets, and improve content discovery workflows. It extracts IAB content taxonomy, GARM brand suitability signals, detected objects, and shot/scene descriptions in parallel with encoding. This fully managed, serverless AI solution is available today within the AWS Elemental MediaLive console in all regions where Elemental Inference is offered.
